The problem

Browser games lose everything when the tab closes unless there is a backend, and a backend means accounts. For a wallet-native audience that is exactly backwards: players already have an identity, but no standard way for a game to read or write progression against it.

The approach

AarcadeGh$t is a Vue 3 and Vite platform that hosts Unity WebGL builds behind a single wallet session, with a cartridge system implemented in Solidity as the save layer. A cartridge binds a player's character to a game and stores progression on chain, so saves, leaderboards, and badges survive independently of any one game build. Supporting contracts cover badges, marketplace relays, and auction relays. The arcade reads chain state through the self-hosted Envio indexer stack rather than a hosted subgraph, and every title on it is a Unity WebGL build shipped through the same integration path.

Outcome

Live at aarcadeghst.com with a catalogue of playable browser titles — Paarcel, Gotchinopoly, Guardian of the Portal, FakeWaar, GoBall, Lickquidaator, R.O.F.L, and more — plus leaderboards, badges, and the shared cartridge save system.
