The problem
A seasonal local service has a narrow window to convert demand, and the conversion fails on logistics rather than interest: customers need to know availability, price, and whether they can get it today, before they will commit.
The approach
A Next.js and TypeScript application covering the whole funnel — service and pricing pages, a booking flow with real availability, and three fulfilment paths for drop-off, pick-up, and delivery. Deployed on Vercel and run as an actual business rather than a demo.
Outcome
Shipped and operated as a real local business in Long Beach, California, with same-day service booked through the site.
